High Rollers does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the ship to address.
Normal shipping period is up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Presale shipping period is 4-6 weeks. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information is sent. Also, for your convenience, you can click the ‘Check your order’s status’ link in your order confirmation email.

Due to the limited quantities of certain products, at this time we can only sell one size per style per specific products that apply.
